What brand tire do you suggest?
My tires are beat, dry rotted, and one has a slow leak. My cart has a 1” block lift in the front and longer shackles in the rear. I want to go 20” but do not see many choices are. I would like to go 20x8x8. Is anyone running a set this size on their DS?

Re: What brand tire do you suggest?
I'm very happy with the Achieva Innova Driver DOT radials on my cart. They have a number of different sizes. I'm running a 20.6" tire but on 15" rims so very different than what you want to do, but the tire is nice. Check out their site https://www.achievatire.com/what-s-new/

Re: What brand tire do you suggest?
Thanks I’ll check it out. I’m wondering what type of speed increase I will see. I don’t know the rom of my motor or the gear ratio. It’s an 03 DS, 48V, 400 amp controller with a plumb quick bandit. It does about 20 on the flats

You should see about 2 more mph going from the stock 18” to a 20” tire, in my experience. I do think your cart should be a little faster than 20mph on flat ground with a 400amp controller and a PQ bandit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: What brand tire do you suggest?
Ok so I’ve decided on 20x10-8 since all the 20x8-8 I see are lawnmower tires. I have a 2” lift block in the front, the 20” will clear fine but I’m worried they may rub, it looks tight at full lock already. Stock wheels, no wheel spacers, and I’m hoping not to need wheel spacers.

Re: What brand tire do you suggest?
You should really upgrade to a set of 10 inch aluminum rims. Then you can get some decent tires.
