Nice looking build you have going there. Don't think you are nearly done, cause you aren't-they never are...

Agreed! And everything seems to draw out when you have young kiddo's. Congrats on the new one, I've got another on the way due in June. So having my wife in the "nesting" stage really ups my "honey do's" on the house...and my "honey don't even think about working on your golf cart tonight...." Well, you get the picture.

I like your easy speaker boxes, but question...

Did you screw directly into the cap or have to do something to get the cap thick enough to attach the speaker?

I have thought about PVC speakers, but usually kick the idea out and build out of wood jsut because I think the small enough screw may not hold...

Thanks for the congrats. He is something else. We are truly blessed.

Congrats to you on your soon to be addition. I understand the honey do list getting longer when the nesting starts. Good luck with that one.

I have a project cart that I am hoping to get some things done on while I am at home on 'maternity leave' but time will tell.

Sorry for the hijack, carts looking great.

Hey Luke, I VERY CAREFULLY drilled into the wall of the cap and used small screws. I don't have a lot of power going to them, so I don't imagine it will have much of an issue. Seems to be plenty strong...but I suppose time will only tell. For the $10 I have in them, its worth a shot!
