Default Lift Kit for CCDS

I am going to lift my CCDS. I like the bottom of the engine(mainly the clutch) to be visible from the side of the cart. Does a 8" a-arm lift do this? Sorry, I am new to this whole thing.

elite,
i went back, and looked at all my pics.......plus looked at the cart.....
it still looks about the same.
i run the 7.5" allsports lift.......and love it
do your homework before you buy........compare
imo its the best bang for your buck out there.......
hope this helps....

6" Jakes Double A-Arm, amazing lift kit and the company stands behind their products 100%. Best kit out there IMHO.

Centerline of the clutch is just below the frame rail. Gives you some idea of how low the engine sits. You might end up doing multiple lifts (a-arm combined with a z-lift) and custom rear lift to obtain the height you are looking for.

Its' not necessarily the type or brand of lift, but the height that will get the cart where you want it to sit.No matter if the front is a spindle-lift or a Long-Travel,the rear-lift is what determines engine/cradle height.6" is 6",no matter who builds it.If you want the look like shown, and he has 6" of lift, that is what you need, and you can buy whatever kit you prefer or can afford.Hope this helps.
