Magnet may have been slipping and confusing the sensor. Anyway glad you got it worked out

Quick question but with the way the washer become concaved and then separated from the magnet would it be possible to replace the washer with a new one of same size and then epoxy glue the magnet to the washer? I don't see any reason this wouldn't work (may not be worth it due to the whole part only costing $
 but I'd then have a spare that only costs $.50. |

Epoxy should work fine to attach the magnet to the washer
