Sorry for the delay for those that were interested, of course there was an accident on my way home.... but my 12v terminals read 12v on my multimeter. Just as Snoop suggested it must be an issue with the newer batches of batteries. Blake will take care of the situation for you guys, Extreme Team customer service is some of the best I've ever dealt with. Good luck guys, keep us posted on the outcome.

I was asked to try and switch the negative and positive to see if by accident they crossed the wires inside the battery pack and that didn't work either
I have no power switching the negative and positive to see if it was crossed wires
nothing zero voltage

any resolution from Extreme Team
I emailed them and they answered but they haven't given me an answer
I would reach out to them because we are not the only 2 with this exact issue

I'm going to email them today. Was following along and trying whatever I could first. Reversed the cable like you mentioned and that didn't work for me either.

What are all those wires on the bottom? That's a lot of wiring.

I received my battery last week and have it installed, I too have nothing coming from my 12v side. I just used the same 12v converter I had from the previous set connected to the main battery side. Is there any issue with doing it this way? TIA

On a side note, this thing hauls freaking *** now...and I dont even have the settings on max on my navitas controller.....

Nothing wrong at all with using a reducer to run your 12v accessories. Actually it's preferred as the 12v terminals on the battery pack can only run 12v at very low amps. But most people just add a single additional accessory to the 12v terminals like LED lights or stone other low amperage draw. They should definitely be working though. I know that they got rid of the battery meter on top of the battery packs because it wasn't accurate, hence the reason for the dash gauge. Wonder if the rewire configuration is where somthing got messed up with the 12v terminals?

but yeah, the weight reduction really makes the cart feel more nimble. Like another performance mod!

I actually tested the terminals initially with a volt meter as I did the 48 side at the beginning and I always had power on the 48 side but not the 12 volt side so it was never wired up with all that you see
