Ok I went out and measured mine today. It is 38" wide by 30" deep. Also, the seat is 16" deep.

I put one on a build a few weeks ago. I wasn't very impressed to be honest. It was very heavy. I think I will stick with doubletake products. Not to mention there local for me

Thanks, I like the deep seat. I called them and they told me the value seat is 40x20 and the hd is 40x21. So now I am even more confused. I don't know why there site says one thing and ebay another thing and then they tell me something totally different. I guess I will call again and see if I can get a straight answer. They may be changing designs and things are being changed.
