I guess the lesson you learned is not to take the cart to that dealer anymore...
As You probably know, a 48v to 12c DC converter is the proper way to run accessories instead of using just a few batteries or You will end up having to replace your batteries prematurely. The other critical thing if You bought another PowerDrive3 charger (actually a dumb power supply), which uses the OBC to control the charging, is to make sure the OBC detects all of the energy being used from the batteries so it can properly charge the batteries. You should have a single cable connected to pack negative, all other negative wires (accessories, etc) need to come of the bullet connector from controller B-. |
