Will TXT cowl fit St Sport
D*mn young horse kicked about a 2' hole in my front cowl! Will a TXT front cowl fit my 08 st sport II? Not too worried about the looks, just don't like the big hole there now. Thanks

Should fit but you will lose the fender flairs, head lights and possibly brush guard. I would either fix/cover the hole or get a used ST cowl. My 2 cents

I have black gorilla tape holding it together now. I can't loose the lights. What should I expect to pay for a used st cowl? Anybody care to guess? Thanks for the input kgsc.

My guess it would be around $100 for a used ones, so many people want them that when they do come up the dealers don't let them go so easy. Shop around you may get lucky.

Thanks for the replies guys. I guess the gorilla tape will have to do for now. Used ones are non-existant around here, and at $350, the new ones will stay on the shelf. If I get a chance I'll snap a photo this afternoon.

It ain't pretty but it's still running. The filly that kicked it got off without a scratch. The brush guard is missing, it was bent some when I got the cart, so while I was covering the hole I decided to cut it off and repair/modify it too.

Darn, that sucks Taz. I feel for you, man. The tape isn't so bad until you can locate one.

Hmmmm, I'm thinking redo the tape and make a pattern. Give it a striped pattern. It would at least work and look decent till you found another cowl.. OR, I found some 12" wide duct tape one time, wrap that rascal !!
