I love those tires! Good looking tread.
I see you have your pulse line for your fuel pump running from your valve cover. I had mine set up that way too, but would run out of fuel at wide open throttle. I moved it to the carb spacer and no more issues! Check this out: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/clone...heres-fix.html |

Actually the valve cover line just goes to a breather that will be mounted as high up as I can. I drilled and added a nipple with a tee to run the pump. Thanks for the compliments! |

Re: 96 Ezgo txt build.
Soooo... After a "brief" 8 month hiatus, I finally got the ole girl running. It was going great until it started shifting funny and I found out the ramp button are gone from the driven clutch. They are actually so bad the heads broke off the little cap bolts and were jingling around inside. My spare cart had one so I'm pretty close to good on that now. New buttons ordered along with a new steering bushing and some rocker panels. Gotta get this thing in shape so i can break it in right. Had a little steering wander at high speed and I found the main bushing to be a bit lacking. Should be an easy fix. Gotta say, I was a little worried, but it has gobs of tourqe even with the 25s.

Re: 96 Ezgo txt build.
So I have the cart working pretty well. Drilled the jets a bit more today and switched it to high zinc 20-50 amsoil. It's working really well. The only bugs I have to finish up are the charging and it needs a shorter drive belt.
