Maybe you cart doesn't have that. On my 03 DS. I lift the seat and have a tow run switch on mine.

If charger is plugged into cart and not into wall, many will slowly discharge the pack through the charger.
Not a huge draw on power, but just enough to speed up self discharge rate. |
