Default just want to be sure.------on this centering kit

[B] Revolution carts sent me the kit. Davids been so good about it. I want to ask you guys,if i am right on the install; If davids around thats ok too.

here goes
1{the flat plane steel washer goes on the splined shaft first- then slid clear back to case

2}The short spring gets slid on to the splined shaft...up against the flat steel washer?

3}THE "splined steel washer" goes on the splined shaft up against the spring already there.

4}[B]splined female coupling on the motor...gets the thicker of the 2 included in kit, rubber splined washers- pushed back into the coupling til it bottoms out.

5}Where does the "thinner splined rubber washer" fit in here?B].

i don't think you use the small black rubber part, that fits inside the shaft on the motor, only use the rubber part that fits on the shaft of the housing.

Clean off the diff output shaft. I use spray grease on the output shaft, then slide the washer on, then the spring, then the splined washer, and then the coned shaped rubber bushing on the shaft. Slide the motor back on, and tighten 'er up.

I DO NOT INSTALL the splined rubber washer in the motor armature or the new bearing that comes with the kit.
what i was told when i did one years ago

I'm very surprised that didn't fix it. I wish I could hear this noise.
