Does the cart roll easily when pushed by hand? Maybe you have a brake dragging or something else holding it back.

Welcome to BGW!

What is the battery pack voltage?
It ought to be 38.2V or, higher 12 hours after charger shuts off automatically.

Are any cables, connections or components getting hot?
None should be.

Is it a Series or PDS drive?
If there is a Run/Tow switch on the controller cover and the F/R control is a rocker switch next to Keyswitch, it's a PDS.
If the F/R control is by drivers right knee, it's a Series drive.

i have new trojan batteries, they charge to 38 volts at charger cut off. its a series, and no cables get warm. the shop put a stronger solenoid, but nothung has helped. i have used another charger but makes no difference. coul it be a wiper switch? it seems to be getting slower by the day.
thanks for any help

If they are only charging to 38 volts at charger cut-off your charger is not working properly. They should charge up closer to 44 volts at charger cut-off.
