36 to 48 volt PDS (bandit)
Sorry, I know another 48 volt question. My set up is this:
Bandit Motor Scottyb Pkg. #909 500amp Alltrax (DCX500PDS) 36 - 48v programmable 400a Super Duty 1000a peak Solenoid Kit w/ Mounting Bracket 4 g cables 22 inch tires Trojan T105 batteries I hope to be running a speed of atleast 25mph with this set up. I was going to go over to Sams club today and buy the 2 6volt batteries and the charger. So my question is if I put the batteries in the bag well and tie them into the pack, reconfigure controller, change resister to 48volt that came with the controller, will this be all I need to do. How do I need to tie the batteries into the main pack? Cables? What do I need to change on the controller if anything? How do I access the controller? I dont remember it coming with anything for a computer console. Just replace the 36volt resistor with the 48volt? Thanks for any advice. |

2. Three 4Ga cables. Two long ones from the bag-well to under the seat and one long enough to tie the two added batteries together. 3. Change the under-voltage and over-voltage cutoff points. 4. There is a serial port under the black circular cover. 5. The 250 Ohm resistor is replaced with a 470 Ohm one when you go to 48V. |
