Smile 2013 Club Car Carryall 2 48V Not charging

Hey everyone...

I have a 2013 Club Car Carryall 2, 48 volt electric. Complaint was that the vehicle wasn't charging... Checked it the other day and realized there wasn't a drop of water in the batteries (they were only 3 months old). So I refilled the batteries, tested them, found one of them to be bad, replaced it, and now I have what I believe to be 8 good batteries... But the charger won't kick on when I plug in the unit...

Just looking for where to go from here... Any help would be appreciated...

You need to charge each battery individually using a 12v charger (procedure below):

All of the the batteries are likely to have permanent damage if the plates were exposed to air and/or allowed to fully discharge.

The next thing You need to find out is what caused the batteries to gas out, 3 months of regular use should not dry them out.

I already went through and charged all the batteries individually... They are all reading at least 5.8v individually... Do I still need to use your method to jumpstart?

Thanks in advance... Really appreciate it...

Make sure You plugged the 10ga red wire from the charger receptacle back to the pack positive battery post.

If so, what is the voltage You get when You read it directly at the charger receptacle?

The pack positive post is the same one that has a cable that goes to the Solenoid.

Make sure the 10ga red wire from the charger receptacle is connected to that same post.

These are "IQ Plus" carts so they may have an on-board charger. Is the charger mounted under the seat or is it external?

Both carts have separate chargers. We also have a club car ds with a separate charger. None of the chargers get excited on the carryall carts. I have tried the test in the sticky and also did the obc reset. Is the sense wire supposed to be a ground or carry voltage?
