Well I charged the batteries overnight around 24 hour and will take it out for a ride...

Consistent 22-23 MPH using GPS app. Top Speed 27MPH slight down hill.... Funny you think the road is flat but get in the your cart you find out real quick...

BTW I had me and the wife and dog... (I'm XXL) ,,,,,,,,,,, so there was a lot of weight in the cart...

Better, what what size tire? I may have missed it if you already mentioned it.

I have 23" tires with a bandit and stock components and I can do 25-26 solo, 24-25 with 4 adults (granted it takes a longer time to get up to speed but it will every time). If you have smaller tires your in good shape imo.

With a stock cart and a Bandit motor you should already get 25MPH. How much do you want?

A Bandit is a polished up stock motor. It sound like you need more HP in the form of a larger motor like a AMD 7144. Then you will need a larger controller to supply the motor. Then you need larger cables to carry the current. Then to polish it off you will need 20" tires. Your going to have to sprinkle a lot of money on that cart to get an extra 3MPH.

That setup might work in flat lands. But any type of hills it's going to bog down.

To identify battery age, the terminal pad of the battery is stamped with a letter and a number. Ex B4 and that would be Feb 2014 battery. C would be March, etc.
