I tested by unplugging both ends of the wires and used a meter plugged into each end of the plugs.

If the resistors need to be replaced, does anyone know the specs and/or part number on replacing them? I'm not familiar with this kind of stuff.

Those numbers do not reflect the correct readings for the resistors that should be in your harness. However, the consistency of them concerns me. I'm wondering if it's not an issue with your meter instead of the resistors. Do you have another meter you could use to check them with just to make sure? I can get the part number on the resistors tomorrow when I go to the shop. I've got a whole bag of them.

So I'm back to working on this cart...I've replaced the MCOR2 twice and now replaced it with a MCOR4 with a conversion kit. Still having the issue. I've hooked up a IQDM and am getting a Throttle Fault. I notice my throttle goes from 0% and sometimes it will go to 100% but other time it bounces between 50%-75% when fully pressed. I'm not sure what else to replace at this point. UGH!!

Figured it out. My connectors on the 16 pin side were loose from where I used my mutilmeter. Bent them back in and it works like a champ.
