Does Your Multi-Meter have a diode test function?
That is by far the best way to test diodes, specially the high current ones as most multi-meters have a very high impedance and very low voltage on the "ohms" setting to fully forward bias some diodes. if you use the diode test function, You can also make sure the diodes have approximate the same Forward Voltage drop. |
