It does appear to be a failure of the Controller Field driver.

Just curious, can You turn the key OFF and push the cart by hand.

You should hear the buzzer sound, but does the cart offers "resistance" both when pushing forward and backwards?

Yes I've tried it all. I can push it and there's resistance and it also beeps as if it's running away. I've been in touch with David and he thinks controller also. Looks like a 400 amp alltrax, hd solenoid, and bigger cables is in my future
