Default motor question

Can anyone tell me what this motor is?
I bought a cart from a guy yesterday and he threw this in. Didn't have much luck with the numbers?
thanks in advance

Does it look like the motor in your cart? Judging by the way the studs line up I would say that's exactly what it is. Early 90's stock motor.

If it's 10 spline and the holes match the gear box, I'm guessing it's a match with more HP.

PS- I'd give David a call at Revolution Cars 706-836-7210 and give him the part #. He would know better than anybody.

tag50 is correct. The motor could have been rebuilt with more HP. The thing is in a crate for some reason.

Label says 3.5 HP special service. Think they were for 4-6 pass, Carryall, etc. Might be wrong for the first time this year.

I had a 96 series CC that had the same motor. As I recall, the dealer called it the UP MOTOR. It was an option when I bought the cart new and cost $40 extra. It was a little faster than the STD motor and had a little more torque. As I recall, it ran about 17-18 mph
