Default Quit Running

Bought a conversion kit a few years back from carts Unlimited and was doing fine untill a few days ago I smelled something like hot electric wires and it stopped working. Batteries are fully charged and getting a clicking noise but doesn't move.

What did you replace?

I replaced everything. I gutted a 36 volt CC and converted to 48 volt but keep the 36 volt motor
