As to the reverse buzzer, I unplugged mine until I had an unfortunate accident. I always parked where I can just punch it in forward, but hadn't considered someone parking in front of me.

A kill switch might be a good solution to a hunting buggy.

I have tape on mine, but I've heard foam ear-plugs also work.
