Big Redtail Hawks eat the squirrels. No problem... wish they liked rabbits as much. Coyotes not keeping them down like they should.

Pack rats are my arch-nemesis! I have no pitty for them when caught. Poison is bad unless you like the smell of decaying rat coming from your attic. Here in the desert they are extreme problem for cars, carts, and attic wiring. I hardly have mouse problems, but rats ARRRG. I have a few neighborhood cats, and really enjoy seeing a rat hanging out a cats mouth. Our shop is right against BLM desert, so we either have a cat, or rattlesnakes controlling the rat population. I prefer cat. Cat occasionally goes missing (coyote snack), another shows up soon for free lunch.

Sounds Like a big ole tom cat is what you need.

I like squirrel and rabbit stew.

You can try a few standard mouse traps near the cart but they don't always get the tough ones.

The dang squirrels in my nieghborhood chewed up about $2500 worth of wireing in my Powerstroke! I never ever use my car insurance but I did this time. Replaced main wiring harness and wires to fuel tank!

Sounds like you need a squirrel motel. They can check in, but they can't check out.

We have plenty of wood, but they've never touched it.
