Check your throttle output. Lets eliminate the possibility of a bad signal - Is the control giving a fault code? If not, just no throttle input then ......

You had said in previous post the map setting was at 3
should it not be at 4 ? , could be wrong on that might only apply to PDS

He has a DCS, so it is Field Map #3.

FWIW: The Field Map is actually matched to the motor.

After talking with a dealer of the Alltrax, they told me that with my motor model number that my field map should have been 55. Im not familiar with these field maps and Im very curious as to why number 3 would have been programmed when they tell me 55 is needed and what type of damage could using number 3 cause?

Now Im lost.

Field map #3 was loaded into it because they thought you had a stock DCS motor. Apparently you have a different motor.

No damage probably, just wouldn't run at its optimal performance.

The controller modifies the torque curve of a Sepex motor on the fly by altering the Armature/Field current ratio and the process is called Field Mapping.

The Field map should match the motor.

Instructions on how to change field map in an Alltrax controller. Contact Alltrax for the field map hex file you need.

Just an Update for you guys. It was the controller that was bad. A buddy had an extra controller laying around. Popped that controller in and the ITS worked flawless. Have another alltrax ordered and will get in installed soon I hope.

Thanks again for all the help and advice.
