Anybody in SW MN want to work on my 89?

I did a complete upgrade from Scotty B(alltrax controller, HD fwd, solenoid,cables) on my 89 36v last year and golfed 5-6 rounds and all was well. Now no go and not sure when have time to work on so just seeing if anybody around SW MN is a guru on here.

I will hopefully dig into int he next week or so but plan was to upgrade motors this year as that is the only think not replaced but looks like I will just be fixing again.

Went to work on cart and it works?

Was pretty cold when I checked on it this winter so is there a temp where the alltrax will not function?
