2011 g29 sputtering when gas pedal is down - SOLUTION
Just did some searching and found an old thread from 2011 that saved me a lot of headache...
My cart was sputtering when given gas...would get going then sputter again. Something just wasn’t right...I came across this thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/gas-y...ng-yamaha.html Anyway, once I saw it I knew it...a few days ago I had the air box cover off and I didn’t put it back on properly. Evidentially they are sensitive to this lol. Made sure I had a seal, and it runs as-expected now. Great things happen when you RTFF lol. |

Those things WILL NOT RUN with the air box cover loose. I learned that the hard way. [emoji52]

Nope, you have to jet the carb if you do that....usually.
