I just picked this old gal up last week, she runs ok, but im thinking I might want to convert to solid state.

I found ScottyB's sits and sent en email... this should be a fun project.

New speed board, new contacts, solenoid, resistor board with coils, 4 gauge wiring, microswitch, wiper arm and wiper, new roof and installing a flat bed on the back (concrete company), 3 hours labor...comes out to around 1150 or so...tried to convince them to trade in for controller style cart but they destroy these things anyway so decided to just replace all bad parts.

Nah its not to bad at all if you have some basic mechanical skills and a little extra time on your hands...
