Good gravy somebody went coked up squirrel attack on that one didn't they.
Kinda hard to find used parts for most cars these days unless its suspension or body parts take-offs.
Ask David Hicks if he can order one. Revolution Golf Cars. Site sponsor, Club Car extraordinaire.

Well… In that case, maybe try the classified section here.
Or call every cart shop within 150 miles of you and see if any have a spare parts cart they’ll let you snatch the harness out of?
Or wait til Feb.

I’d bet it’s not as bad as it looks. I’ve been through much much worse than that…

If it was gonna take until Feb for a new one, I’d just remove it from the cart and repair it on the bench. Then put it back in. Continuity tests are quick and easy once it’s removed from the cart. You could fix that and have it looking like new in an afternoon pretty easily

Its pretty bad. I have repaired many many wires but this one is really bad. The plug ends have been cut off as well. Not sure why but this is the way I got it. I have a new motor for it and a new painted body.

I found a guy today with a gas harness but its for the fuel injected models and not sure if it works with GCOR or Triac pedal or even at all.

I will be more cautious next time in buying 05-06 models. The older DS models are much easier to get the parts and cheaper too

Good candidate to convert to electric if you can get an axle for it.
