Hey im new to this and i have my my engine torn down im not sure if its a 290 or a 350 thanks. FE sorry

If I'm not mistaken?? There should be a stamp at the base of the engine that would identify which one it is?
Someone will be along to validate this or call me names   |

Yes you are right, the block is identified. as was the sheet metal originally
