The air baffle (above the carb) goes to the small one. The fuel pump hose goes to the larger one. Yes the oiler hose connects where your arrow is.

UPDATE!!!

Got the motor back in the cart....the moment of truth!!! Turned the key and started cranking...fires up for a moment then dies!!! I heard something pouring out hitting the ground.

Fuel is pouring out of this thing on the side of the carb!!!!

WHAT GOES TO THIS????

That should be the overflow. Take the carb apart,clean it. You can set the float by bending the metal tab that the "needle" hits. You may have a damaged needle/seat and will need to be changed. with the float bowel off, and the carb at an angle (like when it is mounted on the car) blow thru the fuel inlet and push the float up till you can't blow thru it anymore. The float should be "level" with the base (were the float bowel mounts) when no fuel can come in. Make sence?

Took the carb apart...sure enough that was the problem. Now it pops and backfires blowing the hose off the air baffle at the block??

Thoughts?
