Isn't that the dip stick just to the left of the oil filler plug in the pic?

Yep it is right by the vacuum hose by the air cleaner, it is the only clean spot you can see. Not trying to be funny.

I bet if you follow the line from the pcv to where it connects to the side of the crankcase you'll find the banjo bolt is loose and leaking oil
