My fault for not posting results of test.

I put leads across B+ and M- and ended up with 0V with Pedal depressed. This was the same for FWD and REV. At Neutral, I got 37V across them.

Please let me know what you think. Thanks for your time.

I think you need a new controller. At full pedal depression, you should have been reading full pack voltage across those 2 posts.

Rabbit,

Are the voltages that I posted before the controller voltages correct? I just want to make sure before putting new controller on. Thanks.

Everything else you posted seeems normal. you've already tested the motor. There is another test you could do, but I advise EXTREME caution.

Alternate testing method for this situation:

Raise rear wheels off the ground (support on jackstands).
Car in Neutral, Key off.
Make a jumper between the M- and the B- on the controller (preferably 6 gauge minimum)
shift cart into fwd
turn on key
quickly depress and release the pedal (do NOT hold pedal down unless you WANT the motor to explode from over revving)

If the motor turns (and it will want to basically go FULL SPEED if it does turn), then the motor is fine, the wiring is fine and you have a fried controller.
If the motor doesn't turn, you have a wiring issue between the controller/F&R/motor that needs to be resolved.

Again, EXTREME caution as the motor is going to want to take off like a rocket when doing this test.
