yep, idle screw is 1.5 turns out and throttle cable is working fine.
When it started on its own I was choking it with my hand. once it started I played around with choking it and it would go in and out...this is where I think it would have needed the airbox to run properly. No idea why i cant get it to do this again though.

Mert, kinda long shots here but, There is a plastic manifold/spacer between the carb and the head. These crack (sometimes hard to see) and allow air to be sucked in from there, causing poor running conditions. Easy to break when tighteening carb back down.

Also there was a member here, that had the wrong ignition module for a G9. That caused a problem. Like I said, Long shot!!

Throttle pedel switch working intermitintly?

Mine turned out to be a bad fuel pump. I swapped it out with a plastic one from a lawnmower i had laying around and haven't had any problems since. After a little fine tuning, the cart runs perfect.

I thought about that because it didn't seem to pump as much as the fuel pump on my ez go cart and almost stuck that on there to see if it was the problem, ill try It for sure now and see what happens. thanks
