Default 79 ezgo accelerator cable

so i ordered a new accelerator cable for my 79 ezgo but when i got it, it wasnt the same as what i have now. i looked at multiple web sites and they all show the same cable. the cable i have on it now looks more like the oil injection cable on the newer carts. so if anyone with a 79 gasser could mabey post a engine compartment pic.

I recently purchased a new throttle cable for my 81. It basically snaps/clips into place through a square hole mounted under floorboard. Its got the sleeves on the pedal end of the cable. This is a photo of the cable I purchased.

Not sure then... I know on my cable that the sleeves are needed to keep the cable headed in the correct direction without binding or curling. I suppose you could retrofit some sort of tubing to make it work but I am not familiar with your type of cable. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
