Comet Duster clutch. Be careful not to damage the crank threads as the bolt size is real close to the same size as the rod you'll be using. You may want to find a piece of aluminum for a slug that fits tight in the hole and make a slug about 1/2" long for the puller bolt to turn on instead of the crank.

Be sure to mark the point plate and install in in the same location after the seal is replaced. Install the seal with a bit of BLUE Loctite on the outer edge to hold it in place and lube the inner rubber as it slides over the crank.

Does the slots in the new points alien with the slots in the plate Remember point gap will effect timing but timing will not effect point gap. Set point gap first then adjust timing. Try to place the new point plate on the housing and lets see what that looks like. I would think you have to use the original plate so you have a place to mount the condenser.

Have engine back together and running, does the rear end take 90 weight? Still need to change rear end oil, repack wheel bearings and a few other odds and ends, then should be ready to putt around
