88 2PG Drive Pulley/Clutch Blot Removal
I am trying to remove the bolt from the center of the clutch, but it doesn't seem to budge. Before I really start cranking on it, does it have standard right-hand threads?

Re: 88 2PG Drive Pulley/Clutch Blot Removal
Thanks!....but wow. I definitely thought I was going to turn the head off the bolt.
The cordless impact driver couldn't do anything and after I cracked an old socket I decided I would put a torque wrench on there. The torque wrench had it in excess of 80 ft-lbs before I switched to a breaker bar instead. It finally came off in one piece to my surprise. |
