Ok got a little time this morning to work on it, my buying a new carb was a good idea but not all of the problem
1 choke was about half closed 2 oil injection started working again, deleted that so it helped 3 carbs shafts have a lot of play and is on its way out runs better but still pulling air where it shouldnt Sent from my LG-E980 using Tapatalk |

Re: no power, what should i check?
Good deal I've been using mine all winter down here in Illinois and it seems as it likes to run a bit rich in the cold which is pretty hard on the plug (replaced 1 so for this winter) Also in my case it's really important to keep the battery at full charge (I only run it for short periods at this time of the year) Another tip that may work is don't attempt to choke it when first trying to start it when it's cold if after a bit if it don't fire off then go for it !!!

Well right now the choke arm swings freely, no bueno, but the new carb is sittin here on my desk waiting on the gasket to get here, then I'm gonna figure out a new air filter for it I don't wanna go back to the stock style plus my tube is rotted to the point it flakes off after the filter, I'm thinking pvc pipe and an aftermarket filter off something else like a utv or quad
