Default Kohler command pro 26?

Will the command pro V-twin fit in a G9?

It should, provided you have a lift kit. The Vtwins are pretty tall engines, so clearance from the body is the big issue. Exhaust might be a tricky part of the install as well, might have to custom make it to fit the cart.

I have a 7" custom lift. I already dropped the v-twin at the engine shop. They are porting out the heads and getting an aftermarket cam and valves. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm thinking 5,000 rpm is the max? Not sure exactly.

You prob should go ahead and start your own thread, this one is asking if the kohler 26 will fit in a G9.

7" lift should work. What size is the crankshaft?

I was told I can run mine all day at 5000 rpm with bursts up to 7000. but the guy that built my motor is a genius. Your results may vary.
