We ordered some parts for this from a Cushman dealer not long ago Ill look up the invoice and get the name of the place we ordered from. Cant remember it off the top of my head but I have the invoice at work somewhere.

What year is yours? I have a parts manual for this one I could try to make you copies.
I believe mine to be a 97 or 98. If you could make me a copy, it would be greatly appreciated!

It has to perform better than what it did, so I should be happy with it. I guess I will see when I get it together and running. I will be doing a lot of putting around at the camp ground. If it doesn't fair well, I will probably end up with a 780.

Wasn't feeling very motivated today so I didn't get too much accomplished lol. But, progress is progress. Managed to finish undercoating the bottom side of the cradle. The way it was originally, none of the oil drain plugs were accessible with the engine in the cart. So, I cut a slot in the frame, bought a 4" 3/8" pipe, elbow and plug so I can drain the oil from the bottom of the cart. Maybe tomorrow I will be more inclined to work on it some more. Can anyone guide me on how to make the pics full size instead of thumbnails?

It just does that and makes them full size when you click on them. You would have to host the pics someplace else then link to them and they will show full size. I don't know if there is a code to make them full size here.

I notice on some peoples threads, their pics are full size. So you are talking about something like photobucket then link the url in the attachment window?

You can actually upload to BGW then cut the address then link back to BGW.

What do you mean by cut the address? Do you recall if your hawk's gas tank had a sending unit or block off plate? My tank has a spot for a sending unit and I am toying around with the idea of a fuel gauge.

Worked a little more on it today. Installed the engine in the cradle. The slot for the oil drain tube ended up working out well. Right now, I am having issues getting the secondary off of the transmission to replace the ramp buttons. The outer support bearing is where the hang up is at the moment. There is a set screw that came out without any issues, but there is a second hole that appears to be a set screw hole with something in it. I don't know whether it is the top of the key with rust built up around it or a stripped set screw. There is no good way to drill it out because the lip of the pulley sticks out too far to allow it. I guess I am going to have to use a bearing puller and force it off. Any suggestions?
