Default 2012 Yamaha G29 Drive, V twin Vanny, using Vegas Carts swap kit

Well I’m going to swap either a 16 or 18 vanguard v twin, as I have both engines and got them cheap, into the cart in the pic. I wish I had a 23 vanny but maybe one day.
Today I bought the Vegas Carts v twin swap kit for this cart.
Well see what all is involved and if it’s an easy swap.
I may put 8-1 gears also in this cart one day, but it really depends on how much power these engines have as is.
May put a rev kit at least in the engine That stays in it.
I’ll update after I get the kit and any other things related to this cart.
This cart was a hurricane Harvey flood cart, engine turns over I just want more power.

This is the kit I bought today.

I received my swap kit on Thursday after the snow we had.
I’m at a point on if i should get the predator 670 or do the 18 vanny.
I think the 670 will do me good enough.
I need to find time to mess with it again.
