Re: Homeless
Made it here. But getting here was an adventure. 23 the first night, drained a full bottle of propane just trying to stay warm. Second night was 40 degrees so not so bad
Hit rain between Monroe and Shrevport, gor bounced around because of road conditions and pulled onto Marshall, Tx before dark. Got here today and started setting up. Got to love a level concrete pad with a 20x40 cover to set up in. Like the area. Tomorrow I start learning the ropes of the job (job my a$$). At 40 degrees they decided it was too cold to work today. Going to be a tough job. Lol. |

Re: Homeless
Just left the easyest job Ive ever had. Going to AL to a brand new campground that may not be finished this summer. They dont even know what they want the hosts (2) to do yet. I guess I get to educate them. Will 20 minutes away from M-I-L and wife and her are happy about that. Be there for 6 -7 months and then maybe back to where I just left. The hog hunting and fishing was fun.

Re: Homeless
Well that hosting gig did not last long. They told me cell phone was spotty sometimes. They told me I was going to be on a new level site. They told me the camp ground would be finished mid april, the early may, then early june. NOT! Cell coverage for less than 5 minutes for three days. Lot was new, but over a foot and a half off level in 35 feet. Campgrounds, lol, they will be lucky if they get to open at all this summer. I got there thursday, made the decision early friday am, found another place to go to, tore down and moved and reset back up saturday. This after two weeks of carefully tear down and packing then towing 755 miles. Now I have been on this new place for a week tomorrow and I just cant seem to get enough rest. Lol. 60 site park with15 campers. Nice and quiet. Close to mom in law. All the parks around this area are full for the summer so I was lucky to find this one. Oooo the life I live. I need a nap. Lol.
