That’s something I also am curious about. How does PlumbQuick and other manufacturers rebuild motors to make them better. I have read the advertisements PlumbQuick puts on their web site about how they remanufacture the motors. But I would like to see the actual procedure they use. Not that I would be even capable of duplicating the procedure in my home. Maybe they can do a nice video on YouTube on how they actually do the upgrade.

I googled it before asking. Lots of 120v ac motors. Generally just cleaning them then putting back together. Not much about actually rebuilding. I'm trying to replace bearings in a few emp motors as they are noisy. Taking apart and cleaning is no biggie. Further than that I haven't found much.
