Default Club Car Precedent moves with ignition in the off position

I have a 2009 club car precedent 48 iq electric cart. It moves with the ignition in the off position when in the run position. If on tow cart wont move. Checked the wiring everything seems connected properly. Also checked the wiring digram and it seems in order. I bought it as a flood cart. Replaced the harness for it as well as a new iq controller. New motor and mcor 4. The only thing that I have not replaced is the solenoid. It clicks on and off when I depress the pedal. The only issue is it operating in the off position. Can someone please assist me.

Have you checked your key switch?? If it was flooded it’s possible it’s gone bad and is just a closed switch now.

I have changed the key switch but it does the same thing. Do you think it can be the solenoid.

That is a 2 position switch right? How many tabs coming off of it? Could be wired wrong. Or the wrong switch and wired wrong.

Two tabs. It has a brand new harness as it was. Flood cart so had to replace it.

If You tapped any of the individual batteries for 12v accessories, if the negative wire for accessories is not using the provided 10ga black wire with the yellow bullet connector, You will have that problem.
