Default 2007 Precedent Steering Noise

Hello.

My 2007 Precedent makes what I would call a slight "clunking" sound when turning the wheel left or right quickly, especially when stopped. It does not seem to make the noise when the wheels are jacked up off of the floor. The tie rod ends are new, and I installed most of a front end rebuild kit last year. It seems to steer fine. I adjusted the steering rack per instructions, wheel bearings are new, etc. Kind of sounds like it may be coming from the steering shaft? What about the steering yoke(s)? Could they be the culprit?

Thank you.
