Motor Identification
Is anyone familiar with this motor and can tell me what the ohm specs are? It is from a 96 DS series. I have seen a couple carts with this motor now. There is only the orange and blue from the F/R switch going to it.

Re: Motor Identification
Briggs PM (permanent magnet) motor. In theory, very powerful...I have zero idea how good they actually are. Check the Columbia ParCar section.

Re: Motor Identification
The cart has melted the F/R assembly twice now. The F/R wires only go to this motor on its two posts. Should I look into the motor or something else?
The back of the F/R has the blue and orange that go direct to this motor. The blue one keeps melting. |
