Ezgo txt only runs on level ground
36v lifted cart with 500A controller. RUNS on LEVEL ground when accelerator is slightly depressed but when fully depressed cart stops and hear humm in motor

Sounds like the voltage to the motor is low, or the cart has a lot of mechanical drag or there is excessive resistance in the high current loop. What is the actual battery pack voltage? (Fully charged is 38.2V for a 36V battery pack) What is battery pack voltage when motor is humming and cart isn't moving? What type drive system? (Series, DCS or PDS) How tall are the tires? (Stock is 18") What make and model 500A controller? Is the cart easy to push by hand? |
