03 DS 48v to 36v motor conversion
I have a lead on a working 36v Club Car motor. I want to replace the 48v motor in my cart in favor of this 36v. I understand there is a 20-30% performance gain. What else is needed? I’m hoping it’s just cables.

If your cart is a Series cart that’s it. You will see a nice performance gain.

Yes it would be fine if changing to a 36v motor.
