🔩 lug nuts 🔩
Pretty sure the answer is yes. However just need a few answers to possibly resolve and opinions welcome 🙏🏻. 2016 48v club car precedent new lift new wheels. No problem with lug nuts coming loose on stock tires, new tires they come loose. So I check rear wheels well in motion slight wobble on them but nothing noticeable in the ride. 🤬
Not sure on lug nut brand 10 inch rims 22 mudd tires |

Re: 🔩 lug nuts 🔩
Are you tightening to factory specs useing a torge wrench ?
My guess would be lug nuts are not matched to new rims. If you notice the nuts where they mate to rims have a taper. Do the rims have that same taper? Also do new wheels leave same amount of studs threads exposed? If the lug nut is bottoming out before seating rim or not enough of the wheel threads are engaged by lug nuts that too can be a problem. Just a few things to check 😊 |

Re: 🔩 lug nuts 🔩
Still feel lug nuts are wrong for wheels. Use lug supplied by wheel maker.
Only other cause although not very likely is center hole in rim is too large for axle flange. In other words if you were to measure the large center hole of the rim, then measure the center of axle that rim would slide onto. It should be no greater then about a 1/16”. Too be sure you do not have wheel spacers or rim adapters on cart correct ? |
