Dew, There should be a number below your serial number. What is that number?

Try posting on the Used Parts thread on this forum.

You might also try searching for a new carb. Check some of the forums sponsors. You can buy a new one for under $100 or you might be able to get a rebuild kit that has the parts you need. I just replaced my carb because the threads that the main jet screw into were worn away so the jet would just fall out. You may have similar issues with your carb body since yours is 10 years older than mine.
I'd offer to send you the choke spring off of my old carb but it looks like the whole choke assembly is pressed into the carb body.

You can check with Tom at Carts Parts Plus for a manual. I haven't seen them listed on their web site but thats where my father bought the manual for my cart.

I assume your fuel ratio will be the same as mine which is 128:1 . That sounds pretty lean but that's what EZGO recommends.

For extra protection when driving hard (I.E. long trips, heavy loads, ect.) use a 96:1 ratio. It is 1.5OZ oil to 1GAL of gas. Your engine will thank you
