I mean it, nice piece, I been there and know how much work it can take...did you TIG it together, wish I could do alum I only have a mig. Been trying to get an intake made at work but too busy, to solve the same problem. Want to move the carb on top of the engine to get it right out of there. Making a thin intake that I can clamp a hose connector onto and pipe it out of there. Plan to put a CV carb on it and hope it works away from the head like that.

yes sir buddy I tigged it..... You should see the muffler system I'm working on utilizing the clones muffler.... the stock g9s header pipe ...had to cut weld on header to pivit pipe down...then add elect conduit pipe looks like it might work...one bracket is already on the muffler to hold it in place while i use my "Swampinomics"( live in the swamp)to line up pipe angles

Very nice. I also may have to adapt the command pro intake. It's so tall it may not fit.

Nice work, can't beat it with a stick....at least our swamps on the other side of the big lake have plenty of sticks in them lol. I try not to ride in them too messy to clean up. I paid $60 for custom header to fit my car muffler. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/clone...tml#post769005
