Alltrax SR48500 throttle percentage issue
I have a new Alltrax SR48500 controller on a 93 club car.
It has a weird issue where it starts reading the throttle at ~60% after a day or so. Making the cart slow. The way I fix it is to hook it up to my laptop with the controller software and reset the throttle settings to the same one it already has pulled up. So, I'm not changing anything; just re-writing the same throttle curve back to the controller. Why would it do this? |

Re: Alltrax SR48500 throttle percentage issue
93 CC should be getting a 0-5000 Ω throttle signal - Check it now and then when it slows down recheck it. See if the throttle device is consistent

Re: Alltrax SR48500 throttle percentage issue
This recurring problem has never gone away with this controller. It's like having a limit on the throttle of 50% in forward.
I'm going to send you a log file Scotty to see if anything can be gleaned from it to point me in the right direction. I was having the problem again just now when I ran the log. I did a Set throttle curve using the already saved data. No changes. Now the cart runs fine again. |
